If something isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, please email hello@luvbunnyxo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Because all collections are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
